BB CURLS™
101
Our BB CURLS™ 101 Workshop is our flagship course: A bespoke workshop where we combine hair science, curl knowledge, self evaluation and business acumen in 3 parts.
1: A Self-Evaluation questionnaire - help us get to know who you are and your business goals.
2: Virtual Introduction to Curls Session - we’ll talk hair history and hair fundamentals - the background knowledge that will set you up for our in salon session. (1.5 hr Online Meeting)
3: In Salon Workshop - #CURLS 101 techniques and curl education. Working on styling heads to live models, with a variety of curl textures and patterns. Through consultations, product knowledge, basin techniques, product application, styling and aftercare.

INTRO TO BB CURLS™ 101
The Intro to BB CURLS 101 is a great workshop to introduce your team members to the fundamentals of working with curly hair.
Our team can travel to your salon and work on a 2 session day with your team: training and demonstrations in the morning followed by hands on session in the afternoon working with live models.
We explore our BB CURLS™ techniques, holistic consultation practices, product knowledge and application, cutting and styling techniques.

BB CURLS™ AFRO 101
Our BB CURLS™ AFRO 101 is designed to help you achieve cultural competence in your work with afro hair.
The course takes you through black hair history, use of language, understanding the cultural significance of afro styling and of course the science of working on any tight curl and coily hair type.
We'll look at haircare, cutting form and shape, detoxing, clarifying and hydrating before moving onto product choice product application, styling techniques and aftercare.
This workshop involves a morning of training and demonstrations followed by an afternoon of hands on working with live models.
