Cancellation Policy

As a busy salon, we always have a list of clients on our waiting to get an appointment. 

​

In order to manage our diary efficiently and make sure we can offer your space to someone on the waiting list it is essential that we have enough notice to do so.

​

Therefore, we ask for at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation within our opening hours. We will refund any appointments that have been cancelled within this time frame.

​

In the case of late or no notification of a cancellation, the deposit will become non-refundable.

​

HOW TO CANCEL:

​

All you have to do, if you need to cancel, is log back into your online booking account, select My Bookings, and cancel your appointment.

​

Refunds should be processed within 24 hours but will take 5-10 working days to appear back in your account.

​

Please note: A late cancellation fee will be charged if you do not give us enough notice.

​
